How to reproduce
- Install Insight
- Create Insight Object Schema "IT schema"
- Create 2 Insight Objects:
- Device 1
- Device 2
- Configure an Insight custom field (of type Insight Object/s) named "device" (let's say its id is 10800)
- Configure a Live - Text Connect field "issues related to same device"
- Datasource: Jira JQL
- Query: device = "$issue.customfield_10800"
- Display: summary
- Create few issues, set the Insight field value
- 2 issues with device = Device 1
- 2 issues with device = Device 2
- Create an issue (Insight and Connect field must be on screen)
- Select "Device 1" in the Insight field
The Connect field is empty (apparently the dependency is not correctly resolved)
Request payload of the REST call to Connect API:
"issues related to same device" Connect field is filled with issues which device Insight field is "Device 1"
- the connect field is inline edited
- from the configuration tester
Inline edit the Connect field (workaround not suitable for every scenario)
