Jira service desk cloud
- Create a panel 'Panel 1'
- set it visible on JSD but not mandatory
- set request type (e.g 'request type 1')
- Create another panel 'Panel 2'
- set it visible on JSD AND mandatory
- set request type (e.g 'request type 2')
- Go to portal > request type 1
- Fill all Jira mandatory fields (summary, description...)
- Create request
The request is not created and nothing happen
The request is created then we are redirect to issue view
